Duties of Officials and the Secretariat

1. President

The President shall represent the KTC Alumni Association, call on the General Assembly of the Association and decide matters related to the Association in consultation with the Secretariat and Vice Presidents of the Association. The President may designate a local administrative assistant in his/her country to support his/her tasks.

2. Vice Presidents

The Vice Presidents shall advise the President in regard to the Association-related issues. After discussion between the Vice Presidents, one of them shall preside in place of the President in her/his absence and shall serve as the President, should that office become vacant prior to the completion of a term.

3. The Secretariat

The Secretariat of the KTC Alumni Association shall be responsible for administrative and financial affairs of the Association and pursue cooperation with the OECD and other international organization.
