Introduction
In 1997, KTC was established by the OECD and Korean Government for serving as a training institution for Tax Officials from Non-OECD Economies in the Asia-Pacific region.
For 20 years, more than 4,000 officials have joined the OECD Seminars at the KTC.
KTC Alumni Association (Hereafter, KTC Family) was officially launched in 2006 with the members who have joined KTC seminars.
KTC Family was established in order to enhance family-like friendship among members by developing a regular and comprehensive network.
KTC Family website will vitalize the network by providing opportunities to remind the good memories at the seminar, to give a room for communication, and to exchange views on regional development and cooperation.
