A Letter from Malaysia (The 8th OECD-ASEAN Seminar)

OECD-KOREA Multilateral Tax Centre

The 8th OECD-ASEAN Seminar
on Tax Administration: Taxpayer Service

23-28 April, 2012

I have attended several seminars relating to taxpayers service in the past but I truly feel that this was the most beneficial.

The seminar was informative and really taught me how to listen, learn and continuously improve myself as well as my organization in handling taxpayers.

The presentation by the speakers was concise and precise. Their invaluable experience and ability to deliver was the real key to the success of the programme. Not only that, the well preparation and organization by The OECD Korea Policy Centre was amazing. They were very friendly, helpful and professional. The Korean culture and history just made me fall in love with Korea. I was very surprised at how fast the time passed. 8 days in Korea was only like eight (8) hours. It just felt like being home.

Once again, it was by far the best seminar I have ever attended. A most excellent day, congratulation to all involved.
