Mr. Singh Neeraj
Additional Commissioner,
MOF, India
I got a thorough insight into the systems in place to provide top class services to tax payers all over through the 8th OECD-ASEAN Seminar on Taxpayer Service. Also it was a good exposure to failures in implementation of the systems. Overall I gained a holistic input on tax payers services in particular and administration in general.
I felt very good and the way your team had structured it that it became truly memorable. Could not have done better than what you people did. Truly top class and thoughtful.
Needless to say that the director, and all staff of the KTC deserve a lot of appreciation for meticulous planning and its execution. My special mention for the sincerity shown by Eric and Kim as well who joined for this seminar.
